Nuts - Nutrition Benefits

I'm sure everyone of us love's to eat nuts but some of us don't really know what's their nutrition benefits.

The NUTS NUTRITIONS BENEFITS:

Almonds - Almonds are an excellent source of vitamin E and a good source of dietary fibre, which helps maintain a healthy digestive system.

Pecans - Pecans contain fibre, which helps maintain a healthy digestive system.

sayang pistachios are banned here sa PI by BFAD. anyways, the other nuts are okay :)
