Tongue Cleaner

I use a tongue cleaner instead of brushing my tongue. I really like it because it does the job quite well And a tongue cleaner works much better than an ordinary toothbrush.

We should all know that cleaning the tongue is really important. The tongue is one of the most important part of the mouth where most of bacteria are found. the whitish particle that are seen in the tongue after eating is the food particles left and harmful bacteria can start to grow. Its not enough to clean the teeth to be prevented from bad breath, cleaning the tongue is another effective way.

I know we all brush our teeth and many of us clean our tongue too. and im pretty sure that some people don't clean their tongue. They should though, and plan to start. Anway they're available usually at drugstores. They're normally shaped like a spoon.

So how do you people clean your tongue? Do you use your brush itself or use a tongue cleaner?
